The Ambiencellist project is currently focusing on performance and improvisation using computers, guitar pedals and midi. Collaborations with poets, dancers, actors, storytellers and other musicians are very much part of the core of ambiencellist live, so get in touch.
Claire is enjoying performing and improvising around Ireland, with previous gigs including Kilkenny Arts Festival and Fringe, The Body and Soul Gathering, The Electric Picnic, Drogheda Arts Festival Fringe. Claire Fitch has performed on stage and in the studio with artists such as U2, The Doors, Kate Bush, Riverdance, John Barry, Elmer Bernstein, and Smokey Robinson.
Claire is also a busy composer with fitchsounds.com, having just finished a game soundtrack for Jolt Online , she is currently producing a relaxation CD for the Chest Heart and Stroke Foundation in collaboration with Marie McStay.
